That includes sites, forms, admin tools, dashboards, reporting surfaces, automation, product prototypes, and custom web systems.
How I think
If the words are unclear, the interface suffers. If the workflow is messy, the software inherits the mess. If trust is missing, the product has to work twice as hard.
The best build starts by understanding the people inside it.
